As well as being the owner; Lilia is a graduate of Valley Vocational Center at City of Industry in California. She has a passion for hair, a love for people and customer service. Which comes with a 25 years experience. You are in safe hands with Lilia.
She recently obtained a colorist certificate and uses sulfate-free, gluten-free, parabens-free and cruelty-free and 100% Non-GMO products in her services.
